Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be canceled. You may contact us once your order arrives to initiate a return and refund.

Priority + Insured Shipping

If you select Priority + Insured shipping, you're eligible for a reshipment or refund if your package is lost in transit. Orders using Free Shipping or Priority Processing will be reshipped if lost during transit.

Lost or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses. Please verify your billing and shipping details before placing an order. If we made an error, we will remake and reship your order at no charge.

Customs & Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties. By purchasing from us, you consent that packages may incur such fees upon arrival in your country.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Note: free shipping may not include tracking.

If your tracking shows "No information available at the moment", please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking system to update. If it’s been more than 5 business days since shipment and there’s still no update, please contact us.
